Quit work early and met Chie at Roppongi 1-chome station. We had dinner at Paul and then continued to Tokyo Dome for a show with the Rolling Stones.
Though they are all now around 70 years old they can still rock! And tonight they played only good songs:
- Start Me Up
- You Got Me Rocking
- It’s Only Rock ‘n Roll (But I Like It)
- Tumbling Dice
- Angie
- Doom and Gloom
- Silver Train (tonight’s fan voted song, with Mick Taylor, first live performance since the 70:s)
- Honky Tonk Women
Introduction to the band
- Slipping Away (with Mick Taylor)
- Happy  (with Mick Taylor)
- Midnight Rambler (with Mick Taylor)
- Miss You
- Paint It Black
- Gimmie Shelter
- Jumpin’ Jack Flash
- Sympathy For The Devil
- Brown Sugar
Extra songs…
- You Can’t Always Get What You Want (with Mick Taylor)
- Satisfaction (with Mick Taylor)
And the first time we went to the Rolling Stone concert, They were how much older then we are now?
Haha, I guess they must have been around 50-55 at that time. Mick is about 70 now :-O
That’s a really big dome! :-O
Big band, big dome 🙂
