Is Starbucks very popular in Japan?
Yes, Starbucks is popular and one of the few cafés that do not allow smoking, and their hot chocolate is yummy.
Another impressive thing with the Sony Osaki building is that they have a system that evaporates water about half a meter from the wall (that is the “fence” you see). This causes the temperature to drop about 3-4 degrees inside the “fence” which in turn saves energy because the air conditioning can be reduced.
