Cloudy all over the island. We had a plan to go north east to Moloa Bay, one of our favorite beaches, for the day. And we stuck to our plan.
At Moloa Bay it was mostly cloudy as the rest of the island. But it was perfect temperature to just read, relax, and sleep on the beach. Seems both Chie and I are a bit jet lagged still.
Just past 4 pm we started our return to the south part of the island. As usual it had cleared up in the south (it is always sunny in Poipu). We stopped at the Safeway in Koloa town to buy groceries, and at the Papaya’s organic shop.
At home we had Japanese style curry with rice and salad for dinner. Yummy.
And right now both Chie and I are up at the B&B house of Poipu Plantation, because the wireless network is a bit too weak for the liking of our iPads. But at the B&B it is OK.
Funny how it always seems to be a sunny place on Hawaii. π
Depends on how you see it, here in Kauai there is always spot where it is raining And the top of the mountain is one of the most rainy places in the world, but is (almost) always sunny in Poipu π
