After gym Chie and I walked home. We had a look at some model rooms for rental apartments in the newly built Atlas Tower in Naka-Meguro. They were quite nice. The ones on 25th floor had quite a nice view. But the layout was not so good. Too much dead space.

If the apartment that are for sale have the same layout then they are definitely not worth the $2 million they cost. But the view will be better since the apartments are from 26th floor to the 45th floor. And you would be neighbor with Kimura Takuya-san from SMAP.
