I went to the gym today and run for an hour. Not so fast but I had between 5-7% incline, which makes all the difference when it comes to breaking a sweat.

After the gym I picked up my new bicycle. A black Cannondale Bad Boy V. And I rode it back home like the wind… In the rain.

Funny thing with Japanese bicycles is that the rear break is to the left and the front break is to the right. Whereas in Europe and pretty much else in the world it is the opposite. So I have to re-learn, or switch the break cables. So far I am trying to re-learn but maybe I’ll just return to the Cannondale shop and ask them to switch the breaks for me.
