Just got back home after gym. Tired. Was quite tired when I got to the gym but it felt good to do some exercises and it went quite well.

Exercises:

• Standing rotation.
• Shoulder plate rotation or around the world.
• Deadlift.
• Standing Barbell Calves Raise.
• Leg extension.
• Leg press.
• Lunge with twist holding a plate.
