On our way to Roppongi Hills Santa passed us… On a Harley Davidson. I guess the sledge and reindeers are soooo out of fashion this year 😉

RNJ @ Yoshiman
After work I went to Yurakucho and walk to Yoshiman in Ginza. There I met with Chie and RNJ (Raider Nation Japan). They had already started eating and was already halfway through. I quickly tried to catch up with them but had to break at 7:30 pm as I had a teleconf meeting for 30 minutes (work again).
Then I was back with RNJ and we finished off with some tasty rice dish which is a specialty at Yoshiman.
Tea Ceremony and Year End Party
It was time for my monthly tea ceremony. Quite a few people joined this day though at different times. We were having a year end party afterwards and that may have attracted a few to join 🙂
Once we all were done taking turns preparing tea we all went to a Malaysian restaurant not far from Mina-sensi’s home where Chie joined us as well. On the way to the restaurant I found out that the lamp post in that area had small images from one of Japan’s super heroes. The inventor of this particular super hero was living in this area before he passed away.
We had a good time talking and eating. The food was OK, but the best was the coconuts ice cream in the end. Chie did not want her’s so I got two 😛
It was quite late when we had finished the dinner. And tomorrow is another work day so we took a taxi back home.
Club Leo Goes to Yodakimbo
Usually we when we meet Club Leo we go to the movies first and then for dinner. But when we meet in December we usually only go for a dinner. This year was no difference. And like last year we went to Yodakimbo.
All members of Club Leo loves the chicken nabe (hot pot) that they have at Yodakimbo during winter time, and that is one of the main reasons we go here when we meet in December. This meeting is also a kind of assembly meeting, looking back at what movies we had watched during the year and looking forward to what movies to watch during the coming months.
Pet Hotel Customers
When Chie and I passed a new pet hotel not far from the apartment we found this couple there. They had checked in and seemed to enjoy their room. The funny thing that is not visible in the picture was that they were mimicking each other, looking in the same direction in unison – left, middle, right, left, middle, right… It looked so funny 😀
