Today Chie went to the nail salon bringing a sticker of the Raiders logotype. You can see the hand painted result below. All in preparation for our trip to San Fran… Sorry, Oakland next week, and the game between Kansas City Chiefs @ Oakland Raiders. JUST WIN BABY!!!
Just before 1 pm I arrived at Mina-sensei for this month’s tea ceremony. Ueno-san was already there and I just got in time to try out her koicha (thick tea). The rest dropped in at 1 pm and then at 2 pm. Once I’d done my koicha I acted a “smart ass” by correcting anyone that did a mistake 😉
4.5 hours later (all the time in seisa – sitting with folded knees) we were done and I limped home. Actually I limped to the train, then to the bus and then to Yasaka for dinner before I limped home. But why be picky about details now that the tea ceremony is over?
