Soccer & Yasaka

Made a big come back as a soccer player today at Todai (東大). Some Kimura lab members were playing against another lab and they asked me to join them because they were short of players. We had a fun time and played really well, and even though the other team had two or three quite technical players we were much better as a team and beat them quite easily. I think our great success was mainly due to our supporting cheer leader, referee, and photographer Chie.

After the match Chie and I went to Yasaka for a dinner. As usual it was very tasty and yummy.

Empty Storage Room

Borrowed Chie’s car and drove all the way to the storage room, three blocks away. Filled the car with boxes. Drove back. Moved the boxes in Chie’s apartment. And repeated once again. So now the storage room is totally empty while Chie’s apartment looks like someone dropped a bomb in it. Sorry for that.

Relaxed at Home

Today was a totally rainy day here in Tokyo. What else is better than sit on the 12th floor, inside, and looking out on the rain falling down. I did so… And some other stuff too.

Started Cleaning Out the Storage Room

I have so much stuff in the storage room. And today I started to clean it out. First thing was to bring the things that I want to bring to Thailand. Such as snorkeling gears, scuba cover for camera, t-shirts, and shorts. I also have a few books that I will bring… To read while laying in the shadow of a palm tree on the beach.

In the afternoon Chie and I went to Konami Sports. Chie was running and doing some weight exercises while I took a hot bath and spent some time in the relaxation room. I wanted to take it easy with my back today since sensei corrected something that was not right yesterday night.

Later on that night we, Chie, I, and Yoshiki-san went to AW Kitchen – a well recommended pasta restaurant in Naka-Meguro. The pasta was… Delicious. The best fresh pasta we ever had. Yummy!
